If you are an Online Banking Customer or Bill Pay Customer action will be needed by you after our system upgrade is completed on March 8th. We have created an informational hub that will provide all the steps and actions you need to take prior to and after our system upgrade.
Bill Pay Customers - Action Required
Copy all Payee and Auto Pay information down prior to the start of our system upgrade on March 3rd.
Online Banking Customers - Action Required
Online Banking will not be available starting Thursday, March 4th at 4PM through Monday, March 8th at 8AM.
Action will be needed after March 8th. Go to www.csbupgrade.com for more information.
Mobile Banking & App Users - Action Required
Mobile Banking will not be available starting Thursday, March 4th at 4PM through Monday, March 8th at 8AM.
After March 8th you will need to download our new mobile app. Search CSBIowa on the Apple Store or Google Play Store for our updated App.
