Personally, Marshall and his wife Julie reside in the area with their three children. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. Marshall holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 31, 63, and 65 licenses and is licensed to provide life insurance and annuities.
