IT Support and System Maintenance

Community Savings Bank is looking to add to our IT department! This position will involve managing activities & operations required to maintain Community Savings Bank’s Network. This includes ensuring stability & integrity of Branches' voice, data, video & wireless network services. This is achieved by planning, designing & developing local area networks (LANs) & wide area networks (WANs) across the organization while also ensuring minimal network downtime. In addition, this individual will participate in the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, support & optimization of all network hardware, software & communication links. This position will be required to maintain effective and efficient communication with approved vendors. The selected candidate will also analyze & resolve network hardware & software problems in a timely & accurate fashion & provide end-user training where required. This individual will work to support our Team and assist with IT needs, including traveling between branches, as necessary. Our IT department is centralized in our Manchester location, but this position could work from any of our 10 locations. Resumes can be submitted to [email protected].
