This position will be located in Dyersville, Iowa

Description

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Ability to manage and grow a diverse portfolio
• Proven track record of agricultural and commercial lending
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with customers one-on-one
• Conduct business development activities and participate in community and other service programs within the surrounding communities

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in the field of business. The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of agricultural lending experience with a proven track record of business development.
